Phase II:  AD Price Senior Housing, construction of 94 units, will replace AD Price Courts, 170 units built in 1939. The new building located on the northern portion of 390 Jefferson Avenue at Peckham Street, will have units on three floors, two elevators, and a management office.  The unit mix will include 82 one bedroom units and 12 two bedroom units.  There will be 51 parking spaces.  Amenities included in this project include laundry facilities on each floor, a resident community meeting room with a kitchen, a patio area and raised garden beds for residents use.    The units are restricted to those households below 60% of area median income.  The BMHA will enter into a Annual Contribution Contract (ACC) to provide public housing operating subsidy which will make the units affordable to very low income tenants. The majority of tenants already reside in AD Price Courts and will be relocated when construction is complete.  The AD Price Extension buildings that were on this site have already been demolished.  NEF is the investor and Bank of America is providing the construction financing for Phase II.
